Brandon was JUST great! It's obvious that he's a very knowledgeable and smart kid, and I'm from the Selectric typewriter age --but he was as patient and kind as if he were working with his own grandmother!
Was part of customer service in the Hawaii travel industry so know the importance of "patient and kind " -- I definitely would have hired Brandon!
